Recently, I made the mistake, while an Internet search solutions for fundraising and requesting information from a number of companies. Google again over 35 million links for the search term fundraising. I am tired after a look at the first few dozen. But, when I was finished, click my mailbox is already overflowing with an incredible variety of fundraising opportunities.

It did not take long to come to the conclusion that most of them wereprobably made by a really smart kangaroo, but I've never been one that I would be my non-profit time and resources to find a waste for a number of reasons.

There are a number of problems that almost all the fundraisers, which make them less than worthy of your attention. They contain all the kangaroo's logic, because they usually lead to organizations around unsuccessfully tried to project after another jump from year to year. Most cases, an upfront investment with no guaranteed return and noRefund for unsold goods. Most require a great effort in the organization and distribution of junk that nobody wants or needs. Many peddling unhealthy products that people want but not like cookies, candies need, and pizzas. Why are you trying to kill your benefactor?

With all these negative factors into account, we want to offer a jump to my e-mail inbox to check some of the capital to "solutions" of business for companies. First there was the Big Buck training program that would$ 12,000 until sieben board the train as the events and hold to ask people for money. The training fees do not include flights, accommodation or meals. Everyone in our Board of hated that one.

Next came the included kill them with sugar solutions, ready-made probably half stale cookies, tubs of cookie dough, candy, chocolate mint. Then came the killing of fat pizza sales.

Scratch cards, it seems a new entry in the fundraising solutions. The agreement I have seenwould cost, before the organization $ until 2000. Then they had to sell 100 tickets for a profit of $ 10,000. The scratches have a chance, a "free" pizza or other product of delicious junk food poison win. But what if you could support a hundred people group that could achieve the same amount of money, and you did not sell them anything and it does not cost them anything to create the post, because it was something they were doing anyway ?

Then there are the fluffyTeddy bears. Like all people need teddy bears? Raise your hands. Now go to the corner and winter. Let's not forget about magazine subscriptions, greeting cards, Christmas and packaging. Another solution is healthy nitrate-infused beef sticks or clogged arteries, saturated fat load of popcorn. Let's include those coupon books for more junk food treats and restaurants that are not even in your town.

I kind of like the flower bulb fundraising campaign, because the product would have to look prettya short time, and it would not give you a heart attack. But it has to go before the Finance and always include a sales team.

Mystery Dinner can be a lot of fun if done right, or just deadly if not. They are difficult to organize and often are not as profitable or worth all the effort. I can remember working my ass sit down together one of those. It was well attended and everyone had a great time. I think we barely cleared one thousand U.S. dollars, after all expenses. Well, we haveFun, after all, is of value, but not the main goal of a fundraising campaign.

Yours, you can create your own books or finished cooking. You can create music CDs on the specification. But even here there are a lot of work costs in advance, and not much profit. Who wants to be in the marketing of the company for a vanity publisher that makes the bulk of the profits?

You can also stinking fundraisers with candles, incense, soaps, car perfumes, do aromatherapy, and potpourri. Aglamorous approach offers cosmetic makeovers and photos of the results to be of interest, a minute number of your followers might.

I was almost excited when a company offers an online shopping solution. But it turned out that there is a catalog of some 20 points at which they receive 50% of profits. I promise, it was a bunch of crap that nobody could be in her / their right might want or need.

One that I tickled my fancy must admit, was an outfit thatwould together have a monopoly type game to the community with local businesses to sign on are tailored. That is so cool, but you can imagine, the work and the cost in advance and the sales effort, it would certainly not be the result?

One of my all-time favorite was the heart attack special: my handmade pizza and Italian dishes (pasta, Stromboli, cannoli, etc. Geez, it could be that they figure out fundraising kangaroos, if you would kill off your trailer, youout of business.

Many companies offer Ts and sweatshirts with your logo at inflated prices. Why not just save on your local computer, you buy transfer printer paper, print and sell? But then, who wants a T-shirt with the 1997-fundraiser says, as if it were a collector's item?

Some entrepreneurial companies gather offers from other companies and put them all on one site for you – a great convenience – but it's still the same old nonsense, and not to forget "that these companiesalways sell a share of the profits to be had.

Okay, enough kangarooing and hopping around my inbox. I think you available on the idea of fundraising lousy deals out there. They all require effort, cost, and they are one-off exercise. You have to ask to put together a new fundraising program year after year for the same disappointing results after all the effort or is likely to diminishing returns in the current economy.

What is the solution?

The answer iseasy. Find a fundraiser that offers a sustainable passive income without having your trailer on, dig into their pockets at a time from a tight economy. Find a fundraiser that you move with very little effort, just keep pumping out money like a windmill on a windy day. Find a fundraiser that does not require to ask the same people stuff to people who do not want, or they have to sell.

The problem is that in all of the responses I received as a reward for my search for FundraisingSolutions that meet any of my basic criteria for the remaining income. They all necessary costs in advance, a lot of organization and sales to the same weary audience. This is hardly a recipe for successful fundraising, especially in today's economy.
